Relevè

“Relevè” belongs to the Morphing series, a visual exploration built through the reworking of images sourced online. The starting point is the keyword “clouds”, followed by the associative trails generated by Google’s algorithms — Antarctica and clouds, atmospheric variations, suspended landscapes. This “encyclopedia of images” is distorted, layered and reinterpreted until it forms a landscape that dissolves the original meaning, turning it fluid, unexpected and entirely new. Onto this digitally constructed scene of superimposed Photoshop layers, the birds from the Via Salvestrina,12 wallpaper gracefully enter the composition. Their elegant, colorful silhouettes move across the backdrop like choreographic notes, adding rhythm and narrative to an image that oscillates between abstraction and storytelling.
