Fragola

Fuga

With the Fuga collection, Studio Lievito presents for MaVoix a project that reinterprets the Italian tradition of terrazzo and modular tiling through a graphic and conceptual lens.
The rigor of the grid, the material weight of flooring, and the visual density of cladding are reimagined as light, printed, suspended images, made possible by the encounter with paper.

Each Fuga variant is an exercise in deconstruction and dematerialization, where the traditional pattern is recoded through color, composition, and the tension between reality and illusion.
The surfaces become narrative — a new language of material, built from rhythm, memory, and visual irony.

In Fuga Fragola, the design unfolds on a warm, velvety cream background, crossed by a bright strawberry-red grid — a chromatic seam as bold and sharp as a highlighter stroke on paper.
Inside each square, irregular black specks scatter across the surface, mimicking marble or stone fragments, yet in a digital, graphic, almost pop reinterpretation.

This variant is both lively and precise, nostalgic and contemporary — ideal for playful yet sophisticated interiors, retro-inspired kitchens, colorful bathrooms, or transitional spaces that become visual episodes with strong personality.
