Verde Salvia

Via Salvestrina 12

An imagined landscape, drawn the way one sketches a dream.
Via Salvestrina 12, the wallpaper designed by Marika Tardio for MaVoix, is born from a real place — a Florentine address rich in meaning — and transforms into a visual, illustrated, poetic scenography.

Stretching 400 cm wide by 300 cm high, it unfolds as a digital fresco inhabited by fantastical creatures, symbolic columns, watchful flowers, multiform birds, and illustrated bestiary details.
Every element is composed in perfect balance between symbol and ornament, reality and imagination.

The Via Salvestrina 12 design is a middle ground between imagination and architecture, a space that suspends time.
It is not merely to be looked at — it is meant to be crossed, inhabited, and interpreted.
Perhaps more than any other, this wallpaper expresses the MaVoix philosophy: to give form to dreams without ever betraying them.

In the Verde Salvia variant, the background takes on a soft, velvety sage green, subtle yet evocative, inspired by mineral pigments and Tuscan walls filtered by light.
The multicolored subjects — in bright blue, purple, copper, turquoise, mauve, and bottle green — stand out gracefully against the gentle surface.
The result is a luminous yet understated decoration, refined yet full of life.
